1. How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us using the details provided on our website. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself decide whether you qualify for a refund.

2. When you cancel

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges are applied after cancellation.
  • Except where our Refund Policy allows (for example, a full refund of the initial charge if you cancel and request a refund within fourteen (14) days of that charge for a new subscription), we do not refund any unused portion of the current billing period.

3. After your billing period

When the billing period ends, your access to the Service ends unless you renew your subscription.
