Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Link2Tax (“Service”), a cloud invoicing and business-document platform operated by Sheet2Nest. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Link2Tax provides sales and purchase invoicing, estimates, delivery challans, payments tracking, and related business records. Where you enable it and provide your own credentials, the Service can optionally post sales invoices to Pakistan’s Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) digital invoicing channel so an invoice can receive a fiscal reference. That feature is invoice posting only—it is not tax filing, tax return preparation, tax remittance, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for your tax and regulatory obligations. We do not provide tax or legal advice.

3. Account and Use

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials (including any FBR tokens you store) secure and for all activity under your account. You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms and applicable law.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the plan you select. List prices on our pricing pages are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. For paid subscriptions and related charges, Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”) acts as our Merchant of Record and the legal seller of the paid Product to you. Polar processes the payment, issues the buyer invoice/receipt, and may appear on your bank or card statement (not Sheet2Nest or Link2Tax).

By completing a purchase through Polar checkout, you also agree to Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms and related Polar policies. Sheet2Nest remains responsible for providing and supporting the Link2Tax Service. We may change pricing, plan features, or the designated Merchant of Record with reasonable notice. If a purchase is processed through another designated Merchant of Record, that provider’s buyer terms apply to that purchase.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. How to cancel a paid subscription and what happens to your access and billing are described in our Cancellation Policy. Please review both before purchasing.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data as described there and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

Link2Tax and its branding, design, and software are owned by Sheet2Nest or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your internal business use. You retain ownership of your own data (e.g. invoices, customer lists).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service—including any failed, delayed, or rejected invoice posting to FBR or any tax or regulatory consequence. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may retain or delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
