Refund Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Legal operator: Link2Tax is operated by Sheet2Nest. In this policy, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Sheet2Nest.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and other payments made for Link2Tax (“Service”), which is operated by Sheet2Nest. Paid purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”) as Merchant of Record (or another Merchant of Record we designate for a given purchase). By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy and to the applicable buyer policies of that Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled in line with that provider’s capabilities and the rules below. How to cancel your subscription and what happens when you cancel are described in our Cancellation Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Subscription plans: If you cancel and request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge for a new subscription, we will process a full refund of that charge, provided the Service has not been used in a way that would make a refund unreasonable (e.g. bulk export of data followed by an immediate refund request).
- Renewals: Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the renewed period has started. We may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund for renewals in exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate charge, technical failure).
3. How to Request a Refund
Send a clear refund request to info@link2tax.com (or via our Contact page). Include the email address associated with your account and the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within three (3) business days. Where applicable, refunds are processed via Polar (or the Merchant of Record for that purchase) and credited to the original payment method on that provider’s timelines.
4. No Refund After Period
Except as stated in section 2, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees for partial periods (e.g. unused days in a month after you cancel). That includes the time between when you cancel and the end of the current billing period, as described in our Cancellation Policy—we do not prorate or refund that unused time, except where section 2 applies.
5. Payment Provider
Payments are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record (unless another provider is designated for a purchase). Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy also apply to Polar purchases. Disputes or chargebacks may be handled in line with Polar’s and our policies.
6. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For purchases made before a change, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
